🗑️ Option 1 — In-App Deletion (Fastest)

You can delete your account directly from inside the English Master app:

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

If you cannot access the app, send us an email:

We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm by email once complete.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Data Type	Deletion
Email address & name	Immediate
Password hash	Immediate
Learning progress (XP, level, streak)	Immediate
AI chat conversation history	Immediate
Practice attempts & scores	Immediate
Onboarding preferences	Immediate
Server logs (anonymized)	Within 30 days

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
You will lose all learning progress, streaks, and history
The same email can be used to create a new account later, but old data will not be restored
Any content you shared publicly (leaderboard nickname, etc.) is also removed

English Master does not collect or store:

Payment or financial information (the app is 100% free)
Precise location data
Contacts, SMS, or call logs
Photos or files outside what you explicitly upload for OCR (which is processed and immediately discarded)
